2024 INVOICES ARE OVERDUE

On March 4, 2025 the board made a change in our assessment collections by allowing an additional 2 months to the deadline. That will beĀ  better for those needing tax returns to pay the bill and by then we will be into our next water season. If we need to go door to door to collect we will also shut the water off at that time with a substantial reconnect fee. Our bylaws state that we need to clear the books every year so if the accounts are not paid then we will advertise and sell the water shares.

All water that is supplied by SIC is secondary, non-potable water. The water for the system is drawn from the Logan River, Birch Creek, Summit Creek, and five separate wells.

Residential water users with even house numbers should water even days of the month. Those with odd house numbers should water on odd days of the month. This helps keep the pressures in the pressurized system more even.
